SMALL ACTS OF REMEMBERING
Leaving the house with nothing in my hands and returning hours later empty handed, but so much lighter and full inside, while the waves behind me are taking back what I have just created.
This has been my practice for a little while now. Following the need to root deeply into this moment, barefoot, the sun on my skin, relishing in the seemingly simple things of life on this Earth, sensing the vastness of what is present and accessible in that at all times. Exploring and holding space for the palette of flavours alive on this human journey every step of the way in the container of Creative Process.
Coming home again and again into resonance with wild essence and what truly matters to me.
