How can we look at time in a way that supports us?
For so long I had experienced time from a place of hurry and lack, my perception of time had me deeply anchored in a belief system of never enough and always too slow. I could feel how the way I perceived time coming from a linear mindset was not working for me and I became curious if it might be possible to change my relationship to time and thereby with myself.
I felt I needed a simple but powerful tool that I could integrate effortlessly into my daily life, that allowed me to take action, a small step every day in reclaiming time in my very own way thereby staying connected to universal rhythms as well as aligning with my own true pace.
Out of this curiosity the Portal Timer Calendar was born.
~ WRITING PROMPT ~
Sit down in front of your notebook and pen, take a deep breath, and begin writing with these words.
“time is …”
Whenever you feel you get stuck, take another deep breath, and start again with the same words. Know there is no way you can get this wrong. I recommend to commit to at least 5 minutes of free flow writing.
