Check your order confirmation

When you place an order on InaJain.com you will automatically receive an email stating which items you have ordered.

Remember to check that all the information in your order is correct. If you find an error, contact us immediately. Remember to include your order number in your message.

Change of order

Please contact us asap if you made a mistake while placing your order – we are ready to help you where possible.

Prices and Payment

You can pay your order with Visa Card, Mastercard, American Express. The purchase price will be withdrawn from your account upon making the order.

You can also pay your order with bank transfer to our German bank. If your bank is outside of Germany, we recommend using Transferwise to save on transfer fees: https://transferwise.com

Once you have completed payment, you are bound by the contract of purchase. At this point, InaJain.com still reserves the right to cancel the order if there is an error in pricing or the product is out of stock. In the event, we are unable to service your order, we will contact you right away to cancel your order.

WORKSHOP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All terms and conditions outlined below apply to all registrations onto Ina Jain workshops.

1. Eligibility

You (as Registrant) must be 18 years of age or older to participate in a Ina Jain  Workshop. You will need sufficient fluency in the language in which the Workshop is presented.

2. Payment / Registration

The fee for the Workshop (the “Fee”) must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Purchase is not complete until Ina Jain has received such full payment of the Fee. You are responsible for non-payment, even if the Fee is being paid by a third party. After successful purchase, you will receive an e-mail from InaJain.com acknowledging your completed purchase for the Course.

Workshops will be billed in Euro (EUR). Accepted payment methods are PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discovery, or bank transfer.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information. Submission of your details and full payment of the Fee constitute your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

If purchase was made more than 14 days ago:

Cancellations within 24 hours before Workshop commences will not be eligible for refunds.

Cancellations 7 days before Workshop date

You have the right to cancel your contract with Ina Jain at any time before 7 days of the commencement of the Workshop. You will receive a full refund of any payments you have made, minus 5% administrative fees.

Within 7 days of Workshop date

You have the right to cancel your contract with InaJain.com at any time within 7 days prior to the commencement of the Workshop. You will receive a partial refund of 80% of payments you made.

If you wish to cancel your registration in an Workshop at any time after the workshop has commenced, you will not be entitled to any refund, except in exceptional circumstances, at the discretion of Ina Jain. If a refund is granted to you, an administration fee may be charged.

If purchase was made less than 14 days ago:

If you purchased as a Consumer and you change your mind about a workshop you purchased online or at a distance, you have 14 days from entering into a service contract in which you can cancel it.

If your course starts within the 14-day period

In this instance you will still have the right to cancel, but you must pay for the value of the service that was provided to you up to the point you cancel, and you will be charged for any admin or materials costs and the amount of teaching time you used.

If the course is provided in full within 14 days

The right to cancel will be lost during the cancellation period if the workshop is provided in full before the 14 days elapses.

If approved, your refund will be paid back to the credit card (or method of payment) used to pay for the order within 14 days of receiving the notification of your wish to return the order.

To cancel, please inform us in writing by email to the mail@deinajain.com. Please write the name of your workshop in the subject-line of your email.

Cancellation by us

Ina Jain reserves the right to cancel the Workshop by giving you notice in writing (including by email) at any time before the workshop is due to start. Ina Jain will refund all fees paid by you and if possible, will endeavour to offer a transfer to another course as an alternative, subject to payment or refund of any difference in purchase price.

Ina Jain’s liability when it cancels an Workshop will be limited to a refund of the Fee or any other charges paid for the cancelled Workshop. For partial cancellation of an Workshop, such refunds will be made on a proportionate basis. All dates are subject to change, however notice of such change will be given and refunds will not be issued for any rescheduled class.

You should allow up to 6 weeks for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

4. Workshop Content

The workshop description is intended to indicate only the general nature of the course and does not guarantee content. Ina Jain reserves the right to amend the course and alter details at its discretion.

Ina Jain is not responsible if you fail to meet the Workshop requirements and you should ensure that you allocate sufficient time to allow you to successfully complete the Workshop. Refunds are only available as set out in section 3 above.

5. Student Conduct

By continuing to access or use the Workshop and the website inajain.com (the “Website”), or any content located via the Workshop and/or on the Website, you signify your acceptance of the below terms. Ina Jain may modify these terms and conditions from time to time.

Ina Jain may grant you a limited license to access and use the content located via the Workshop and/or on the Website in connection with a Workshop you are enrolled in. As a condition of such license, you agree that:

•All materials – including but not limited to text, photographs, video, audio, images and any other content – appearing via the Workshop and/or on the Website are protected by copyrights and/or other proprietary rights belonging to Ina Jain and/or other third parties. You agree to abide by all applicable laws regarding copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights and privacy rights in the US, UK and any other jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Website.

•You may not copy, reproduce, duplicate, distribute, disseminate, publish, post, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, upload to, transmit, or in any way exploit any content from the Workshop and/or on the Website. You may not sell or offer for sale any of the content, or allow third parties to access it, or use such content to construct any kind of database. You may use the content from the Workshop and/or on the Website only for personal, non-commercial use.

•Any violation of these terms may result in your expulsion from the Workshop and/or Ina Jain, and you may be subjected to fines and penalties.

You agree to maintain the security of any user name and password required for accessing the Workshop. You will notify us promptly if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your username and/or password.

Ina Jain makes no claim that the Workshop content is appropriate for any particular purpose or audience, or that it may be downloaded from all countries, as access to the Workshop may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries. When accessing the Workshop and/or the Website, you are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.

Ina Jain reserves the right to remove you from the Workshop and/or the Website if you do not respect these guidelines, Ina Jain’s staff and/or fellow students.

6. Data Protection

By registering with Ina Jain and by paying the fees, you agree to Ina Jain collecting and using your personal data. This will be done in accordance with the Data Protection Act and Ina Jain’s Privacy Policy, available at https://inajain.com/privacy-policy.

7. Technology Requirements

Especially when a Workshop is online, it may be facilitated through Zoom and other platforms and online learning management systems. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the proper hardware and software requirements, along with access to the internet, to be able to participate in the workshop. You will need to ensure you have the proper technology at the time of purchase as will be provided with the workshop details.

InaJain.com is not be responsible for any errors or failures in relation to your ability to access the Workshop, the Website or any related materials, including where such errors or failures are caused by: (i) a loss of connection on Ina Jain’s or your end; (ii) a breakdown or problems with the online software and/or (iii) a breakdown or problems with your internet connection, computer or system.

DIGITAL PRODUCT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The below Terms and Conditions of Sale set out the terms applicable to the sale of our digital products. By confirming your acceptance to these terms of sale and completing your purchase, you understand that you are entering into a legally binding agreement with Ina Jain.

PURCHASE OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Ina Jain offers a range of services, including Workshops and digital products. You may purchase digital products directly through the site.

These terms of sale (together with any relevant documents referred to in them and including our General Terms and Conditions) set out the terms on which we supply any of the following products via our site to you:

Digital downloads of audio products to your computer or mobile device

Digital downloads of video products to your computer or mobile device

Digital downloads of supporting materials

Each time that you purchase digital products through the site, you will be required to confirm that you have read, understood and accept our terms of sale. You will not be able to purchase anything through our site unless confirmation is given. Any terms that you seek to impose in respect of your purchase of digital products through this site will not form part of any contract between us. Please read these terms of sale carefully before ordering any digital products from our site. If you have any queries on these terms please contact us at mail@deinajain.com before placing any order.

By placing an order for digital products through our site, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts, that you are at least 18 years old and that you are purchasing our digital products for your private, non-commercial use only. You further warrant that you will not copy, rent, hire, record, edit, clip, exchange, lend, allow for the public performance, broadcasting, downloading or sharing of files or of access details, with anybody else other than may be allowed under the terms of any licence that is granted to you as a part of the sale.

By placing an order for digital products through our site you agree that we may store, process and use personal data collected from you for the purposes of processing/fulfilling your order only. We work with third parties to process your payment (for example, Stripe) and they will also have access to your personal data to enable them to help us process/fulfil your order only. More information on how we may store, process and use your personal data is contained in our Privacy Policy.

All of the digital products that are available for sale on our site are owned or controlled by our licensors, or us. Upon payment of the price for any of these digital products, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the digital products for your own personal, non-commercial use.

You shall not redistribute, transmit, assign, sell, commercially exploit, broadcast, modify, adapt, edit, sub-licence, rent, share, lend, or transfer any digital products that you purchase through this site.

You are responsible for ensuring that you do not lose, destroy, or damage any Digital Product you purchase through this site.

You are responsible for ensuring that any hardware you use to download and/or access these digital products function correctly with this site. You acknowledge and agree that the provision of all these requirements is your responsibility and is at your own cost. We are not obliged to ensure that our products are compatible with every manufacturer of mobile handsets.

PLACING AN ORDER

After placing an order for any digital products via our site, you will receive an on-screen message and e-mail from us acknowledging receipt and setting out the details of your order.

The contract for the purchase of any digital products will only be formed when you have agreed to our terms of sale, we have received payment in full for the digital product you are purchasing and we make the digital product available for download. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion to reject any order we receive.

AVAILABILITY

All digital products featured on our site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to change or remove a digital product or other content on the site at any time without notice or liability to you.

Digital products will normally be available to download immediately upon purchase. There may be occasions when they are not available and we make no guarantee that any digital product ordered will be made available immediately (for example, if the site is taken down for maintenance or there is another technical issue). In such cases, we will use our best endeavours to give you access to your downloadable digital products as soon as possible following your purchase.

Where we are unable to provide you with any digital products that you have purchased, you agree that we can offer you either alternative goods to a similar value (upon your agreement that the alternative goods are suitable) or a complete refund. We will not be liable for our inability to fulfil a particular order from you.

PRICE AND PAYMENT

The price of any digital product will be as quoted on this site at the current time. We reserve the right to make certain digital products available only as part of a different purchase, for example, part of a Service package.

Prices for digital products are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already taken payment and made the download available.

Please note that some network/service providers may charge you an additional amount for downloading digital products to a mobile handset. We recommend that you contact your network/service provider to understand the nature and extent of any additional charges before downloading to a mobile device. Note that overseas roaming charges may also apply. We will not be held liable for any such charges.

By providing the details of a credit or debit card or payment account to be debited, you confirm that you are authorised to purchase the digital products and that you have the permission of or are the holder of the credit or debit card, PayPal or other account being used to pay for the transaction. All card payments and cardholder details may be subject to validation checks carried out by us and/or the card issuer. If any validation checks are required, we will not be held liable for any delays or non-delivery nor are we obliged to.

In respect of validation checks and authorisation carried out by the card issuer, if the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment we will not accept your order and we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery or any bank charges applied to you. We are not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal.

REFUNDS

In accordance with Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel and obtain a full refund within 14 working days of purchasing our digital products but only if you have not downloaded the digital product made available and have not accessed and/or used any supporting materials provided to you alongside your purchase of any digital products, within 14 calendar days from purchase.

If digital products are found to be defective, we shall have the right to attend to the cause of the problem and restore the digital products to functioning order, or offer you a repeat download. You shall not have the automatic right of refund in this case. You must notify us within 30 days of download of the digital product that it is defective at mail@deinajain.com. If we are unable to fix it and a repeat download does not resolve the issue, we will provide you with a full refund within 30 days of ascertaining that the issue cannot be resolved.
