At the core of Creative Resonance lies the experience that by accessing our own deep well of creative energy we create a resonance with our own essence as well as with others and our surroundings. It requires a process that needs pockets of time that are utterly our own and safe spaces to step into dialogue with ourselves.

Creative Resonance is a term that grew out of my own journey. For me it holds the intention of the nourishing balance in deep awareness between creative expression and listening receptivity. Creative Resonance is the foundation on which all of my work and offerings stand, no matter what individual form of expression they shape themselves in. Part of this exploration is a growing embodiment of the understanding that every creation stands on an invisible foundation of the process that led to its manifestation.
Within the exploration of that process I found that for the creative fire to stay sustainable and nourishing in its beautiful intensity and wildness it needs gentle and safe spaces to be tended and nurtured, so the creative process becomes sustainable rather than burning me up. Building the trust that I can hold myself in the intensity of my creative exploration and expression gives me more space to express, create, receive and be inspired in my very own way.
On the other side of this practice of making space within ourselves, lies a broadened space for enjoying the inspiring power of receiving something that is in resonance with us. Once cultivated this deepened connection to my own creative essence supports me to step out of the cages of comparison and judgement to fully receive the nourishment of the feedback loop, the information that has become available for me in that moment of recognition.
CREATIVE
Creativity to me can show up in so many facets and forms in our lives. It can present itself while cooking a meal, while spending time with our children, while creating a piece of art, while building our business, while shaping our relationships, while planting in our gardens. There is no limit, there is no right or wrong way in how to be creative. This is not about what it looks like on the outside but how it feels on the inside. Does it resonate with me? Does it feel beautiful to me? Does it mean something to me? For me, to create something meaningful to myself I need to align with my own inner voice and universal rhythms at the same time. Creativity to me is a process that begins with simple and small acts of awareness between the pages of our daily lives.
RESONANCE
We can find resonance in so many encounters with words, music, food, nature, art, other beings – the possibilities are endless. And whenever that happens, whenever the song that just played, the poem that just presented itself between the pages of a book, or the encounter with a person, whenever that strikes a deep cord inside, it feels like a jubilation, like all my cells are vibrating in harmony on a frequency that makes me and life feel possible. It sparks my creativity, it inspires me and it encourages me to listen more deeply, to show up more fully, to believe once again in the presence of beauty that is all around us. This resonance, sparked by the encounter with something or someone in the outer landscape of my life, is precious and deeply life-enriching to me.
The other form of resonance that is much harder to recognise but no less powerful to encounter is the one we find in our inner landscapes once we enter into a dialogue with ourselves. It is connected to igniting our own creativity, led by our inner authentic voices. Creating something from this place of remembered essence that then resonates with us, is an act of wild sovereignty. It does not only deepen our connection to ourselves and universal consciousness but also to the people around us.
At the heart of Creative Resonance lies the relationship between the individual and the universal. Uniqueness in resonance with universal consciousness. A gift, a piece of the puzzle only we can offer. Our choices and voices in the universal story-web.
