HOME RETREAT

Every episode of The Gentle Wave podcast is accompanied by a Home Retreat. It offers a safe space that is gently guided for you to dive deeper into the topic of each episode. A place where you can connect with yourself and the wealth and wholeness that you already have and bring that to the surface of your awareness through meditation, free flow writing and gentle movement. 

My passion is to offer spaces that allow us to feel held and safe, so we can open doorways into what is already there, the deep knowing, the wisdom, the abundance of trust that we inherently possess, just waiting for our presence to be remembered and awakened. We are already whole. 

Once we build and nourish that bridge from the inside out, creativity becomes the most natural flavour of our beingness, and so much that before seemed impossible suddenly feels in reach. 

The Home Retreats are between 1 or 2 hours long, they are gently guided and self-paced. They are designed in a way that you can really drop into a balance of listening and expression and honour your pace along the way. 

Once you have signed up, you will receive a confirmation email in your inbox (please check the spam folder). Once you confirmed your subscription your very first home retreat will arrive in your inbox. Followed by a new one whenever a fresh episode of The Gentle Wave podcast is released.
