melting into liberation

transformation can feel confronting, yet it certainly does not need to be that way.

we are transforming moment to moment as we simply live our lives everyday. when we bring extra presence and awareness to this process, we are given the opportunity to allow for deeper integration of whatever is being transformed within us.

liberation is often associated with large groups of humans, yet it is also a very personal experience.

there is a certain truth regarding the connection that must take place between our own personal liberation and the collective liberation of all beings on earth. we cannot truly have one without the other. and the question is often “which one do we start with”? “how to move from one to the other”?

ultimately they can happen simultaneously and are always deeply connected.

i cannot be free if you are not free, and we cannot be free until all beings are free. it is a dance that requires great dedication and devotion. the steps are unknown and unpredictable as we move with our own rhythm and the rhythm of the earth.

Let yourself be carried on the wings of your own breath and open into the bliss of allowing you in your fullness
