Create in Resonance is a community that has at its heart the understanding that giving each of us the space and the opportunity to thrive is what makes community powerful and sustainable, and experience first hand the support and nourishment that can spring from that and over time can ripple through all areas of our lives.
It is a doorway into taking action from an embodied place. Cultivating our creativity in safe spaces where nothing is at stake, makes it possible to slowly find our way into dreaming again, and practicing in those safe spaces we will then slowly build the bridge into bringing that same creative energy, our own essence into our lives. 

what makes you come alive

It is here within our creative essence that we connect to what makes us truly come alive, where we remember our innate ability to create, where we move from impossible into possible, and where we can harness the full range of our power away from linear concepts and find our own ways. 

Commitment and Accountability to what matters to us is often difficult. We can feel unsupported and lonely in our attempt to connect to our creative essence. And it easily becomes an overwhelming process. Even with the best of intentions we easily abandon what we know lights us up, what we want and deeply desire. All of this is so much easier if we are doing it together. Create in connection gives us the extra support that makes it that little bit easier to stay committed, to follow through with what our hearts long for. 

So that is what I want to offer here a space of co-creation and support, a foundation of nourishment and inspiration from which we can all rise in our individual ways. 

creating new habits

Building new habits takes time and patience and commitment. My goal is to make it accessible, to create small acts of awareness for you that can easily be integrated in your daily life so that you can experience yourself writing new pathways between the lines of your life. Your future sprouting out of your present. A deep sense of belonging to yourself. Write pathways for your dreams to grow into your reality.

During the one-month journey you have the opportunity to build a foundation of trust in yourself and commitment to what matters to you. You get to plant the seeds to the visions and dreams you want to nurture awake in the course of the year to come. And you will receive tools that will support you in honouring your commitment throughout the year. 

How it works
You will get the chance to step into a group space of creative co-creation once a week. An online space shared with members of the community where you get to devote an hour to something that makes you come alive. Whether you are in the process of creation already or have thought about committing time and energy to something but still need to take the first step. This is a space in which you can find nourishment and support to grow and thrive with what you want to focus on.
STep in dialogue with yourself

… I will share with you excerpts, thoughts, insights, practices and inspiration along the way. 

… What I learn, you learn. In order to become visible with what we want to share the practical and technical details can often feel overwhelming. For me it has been and still is an ongoing process of learning. I will share here supportive information on how to use Zoom, Canva, Instagram, how to edit your own audio and video without having to become a tech expert but rather focusing on what you need and how that shapes your relationship with the tools you are using.

… Share and Connect. Gain access to the community platform on Mighty Network and share your own creations, ideas, inspirations with a community of likeminded creatives. In my experience to witness others in their process and exchange perspectives in a mindful environment is one of the most powerful ways to step from inspiration into action and to build confidence in who we are and what we want to offer.

My passion is to connect us back to our creative essence, to remember that it is our innate ability and right to create and write our own stories and to share our essence with others and the world. If we do that in an embodied way, it is the most powerful practice to step from survival into thriving, which I believe is what we are all here to do. We are all holding a crucial piece of the puzzle that is essential for the whole story to be as beautiful and as powerful as it can be. And I would love to support you in uncovering and creating pathways into embodying your authentic vision.
