These Guided Meditations are designed to offer you portals into different aspects within yourself, that you would like to strengthen and nurture. They offer you a held container for you to feel held to access and work with your subconscious to connect to remember and reawaken what is already within you: the answers to the questions you have been seeking for so long, the courage, creativity, strength, trust, direction that you have been longing for, it is all already within you waiting for your presence. 

These meditations are grounded in a strong connection to your body, thereby making sure that whatever you ignite, remember or open in your inner landscape gets embodied and thereby allows you to effortlessly build a bridge into your everyday life experience.

Each meditation is designed to open, deepen and expand different aspects within yourself and offer you a space that you can return to over and over again, where you are allowed exactly as you are and get to connect to the wild wisdom of who you are in essence, supporting you to build a bridge from the inside out.
